I love anything trendy and funky, so you'll find me around town in a Carhartt hat and my Doc Marten combat boots drinking a coffee from my favorite local coffee shop. Music is my love language and I seriously like almost every genre from Indie to Country to Emo. When I'm not photographing amazing clients, you can find me out with friends, hiking at wildcat den with our kiddos, at the pool, outdoor concerts, or cozied up inside with my family for the winter enjoying the slow season.

A little backstory of how I became a photographer. I didn't grow up taking photos, but I have always been very artistic in nature. I spent countless hours drawing the covers of Disney movies and begging my mom to buy me more crafts. Fast forward to my college years and that is when I started to fall in love with photography. I went to Iowa State University and pursued a double majored in Art & Design and Advertising and took my first photography class my freshman year. I took all of the photography classes I could before I graduated. After I graduated I had several jobs in graphic design and marketing and always played with photography as a hobby, but after I had my first child I got more and more into it and then friends started asking me to photograph their kids too and it grew from there! Here we are ten years later!
